What do we need if we want to cook our own ROM?

First off, you need some brain. Secondly, you need to learn how to search first before learn how to cook 

Google this "rom cooking tutorial". I'll write a tut later if I have some free time and good mod

It is confusing. The kitchens, the ROMs and the files that don't have the same extensions as the tuts.

All I want is to have one good ROM that fits my everyday needs.

U don't have to be a Chief.
For little brain like us, we can learn how to flash ROM.
That's enough, to have a good ROm in Our Kaiser.
