This one is based on official HTC Mega rom (Many thanks to htcpedia.com & Da_G!)
Bugfixes/Known Issues:
- Sound Profiles selection button not change immediately. Install this cab to fix it, make sure you disable manila2d/TouchFLO prior installing it.
Notes:
I have added 3 more scripts in Programs\Utils folder:
- Ezinput: Use this to enable/disable Ezinput. Some programs that uses lot of memory (like Garmin) may not run when ezinput is enable.
- Input Selection: Use this script to select other SIP (Phone Keypad, Compact QWERTY, Full QWERTY)
- Keyboard Layout: Use this script to enable/disable keyboard layout used by Ezinput. Enable keyboard layout to fix keyboard mapping issue, but somehow it will make ABC mode in Full Qwerty style not working. Disable keyboard layout to enable ABC mode in Full Qwerty style, but you’ll get the keyboard mapping issue again. ROM default setting is Disabled. No need to reboot to apply the setting.

This release is going to save me from getting the Touch Pro2. Despite the numerous ROMS out there, yours has always been the most stable with the most support from the author (you). Thanks for the great work!
September 9th, 2009 at 9:51 pm
Oh man the wait is killing me.
@CyberSniper I have also put off getting the TP2.
September 9th, 2009 at 10:34 pm
@rkwhyte2
I wanted the TP2 for its new looks and the nice screen, but the price just doesn’t justify it, since the camera is pretty mediocre, it lacks a 3.5mm jack, it has no dedicated camera button, I believe it lacks a jog dial, and for the same price or for even less, I can get the Touch Diamond 2 which is a better upgrade hardware wise. But the lack of a slideout keyboard kills the deal for me. Hopefully this new ROM would bring the software features closer to the TP2.
September 9th, 2009 at 10:50 pm
@CyberSniper
I will get the TP2 in the near future but like you I have been turned off by the cost. I have been looking on Craigslist and have started to see the TP2 for TMobile showing up at a price that is less than it would be for me to buy it from TMobile. I will be buying mine off Craigslist. In the mean time the ROM’s that SJ and the other chefs are putting out have been great.

September 10th, 2009 at 1:27 am
Well it has been a long time since your last ROM. Thanks, looking great . will test asap.
September 10th, 2009 at 1:28 am
ps, hope that M2D trouble will be solved quickly
September 10th, 2009 at 2:57 am
SJ, Nice looking ROM hope you get the small problems you have noted fixed soon. I found 1 thing…is the utils folder suppose to be empty? Just curious.

September 10th, 2009 at 3:25 am
hi, can you implement GPS driver from Win Mobile 6.0 into this new ROM? I have much more better signal and cold or hot fix takes less than 30 sec. Thank you
September 10th, 2009 at 4:00 am
@daHeufster
Yep I’m still working on it.
@rkwhyte2
I forgot to include it, here you go mate: SJ Utils. EDIT: Now included in 11 Sep 09.
@peto
I’ll take a look later.
Guys, please report whatever bugs you found.
September 10th, 2009 at 4:47 am

September 10th, 2009 at 2:19 pm
Audio Manager and Backlight icons are not in the Multimedia and System Folder respectively.
September 10th, 2009 at 4:36 pm
Hi,
I am trying to find the device lock via touchflo and was not successfull:( Now i use the normal menu again and there the clock is small. I tried to use the sj utils also without success. Now i have reinstalled htchome6. Is this the best option? Any suggestions please?
September 11th, 2009 at 6:12 am
@Andrew
I’ll start cooking it next week, let me enjoy this rom first.
@Lim1279
Audio Manager link is not needed when Manila2D cooked in since you can access it through music tab. Backlight setting is in Power Setting.
@guruw
Press Endkey for few seconds to lock device.
September 11th, 2009 at 7:09 am
Welcome back Sakajati.
Has anyone tried this on an ATT Tilt? My understanding from other roms that have the EZInput 2.1 in it that the Tilt keyboard fix does not work. Is that the case here, or has Sakajati fixed that issue?
September 11th, 2009 at 2:31 pm
I noticed that if using System/power to adjust the backlight, it didn’t change instantly, until you do a soft-reset.
September 11th, 2009 at 3:19 pm
welcome back, sakajati, long time no see.
September 11th, 2009 at 6:09 pm
ATT Tilt: there are issue with the keyboard, it almost does not work. Otherwise the ROM works almost perfectly, some minor issues: sound. No vibration when the call is picked up. Internet works almost automatically all possible syncs are working well. Gps works perfectly
Good reason to postpone the TP2.
Sakajati! Thanks a lot:)
September 11th, 2009 at 9:08 pm
@lim1279
The backlight issue will be fixed on next update.
@tvandegr,guruw:
Have you flashed the latest rom (11/09)? What’s the issue actually with the ezinput on Tilt, I’m using Tytn II and it works perfectly.
@Hanson
I was bored with the old rom so I cook a new rom again
September 11th, 2009 at 11:50 pm
I have not flashed the latest because its a known issue (with all roms that use EZInput 2.1) and I was wondering if you had found a way to fix it. But it sounds like you were not even aware of it (so you could not have fixed it).
What the issue is, is the ATT tilt has a different mapping for the FN keys on the HW keyboard. So there is the tilt_keyboard_fix.cab that properly maps the FN keys to what ATT has. But that does not work with EZInput 2.1, for instance FN+Q produces a different char than what is listed on the keyboard (for the Tilt is is !, but for the rest of the world it is something else). Not all the FN keys are different but a lot are.
September 12th, 2009 at 12:15 am
@tvandegr
EDIT:
Oops sorry guys I rarely use the hw keyboard, just test the hw keyboard it did messed up a bit. I’ll try to fix this issue soon!
September 13th, 2009 at 9:50 pm
Reflashed with the 1209 rom and a lot of issues seem to be fixed. The HW keyboard is also working fine some characters are not exactly on the right place but they can be found. One main question: if the ROM is flashed more often what program can i use to back up my settings and after flash just restore them? I have not found yet what really works. Thanks!
September 13th, 2009 at 10:05 pm
Hi, cant download it, only 09/11 is avaliable on link
September 13th, 2009 at 10:45 pm
What link are you following? I just tested the link and it was going todownload the latest version.
September 13th, 2009 at 10:48 pm
its ok now.. I shootdown the DAP.
September 13th, 2009 at 11:16 pm
I can’t do video call.
Any solution ?
Device
Htc tytn II
Radio 1.65
Spl 3.29
September 14th, 2009 at 2:24 am
@herman
Video call is not supported by default. You need to install these cabs: VideoTelephony, Phone Dialer Kaiser 3G Xperia. Let me know the result.
September 14th, 2009 at 2:55 am
ROM updated again! Please post here if you found other bugs. I’ll try to fix other issues on next update. Now let both me and my crappy kaiser take some rest and enjoy my own rom
September 14th, 2009 at 11:52 am
Just tried the 1309. I had major issues with the ez part and the “big” characters except numbers where not working even with the fix. reverted back to 1209
September 14th, 2009 at 1:38 pm
From the main Manila screen, go to All Setting/Sounds,select from Normal to Vibrate or Silent profiles, or vice versa, the selection button will not change immediately. The profiles will change if press the Back/OK button. Any registry tweak on this ?
Than you.
September 14th, 2009 at 4:36 pm
Correction from previous post. Its works perfectly the 1309:)
September 15th, 2009 at 6:30 pm
the wi-fi dont work.
help me.
September 15th, 2009 at 9:53 pm
Hi there
With this rom, i can not get spb mobileshell 3.0 to hide the taskbar (spb mobileshell->settings->system->Override “Start”)
It worked with the 10 April Rhodium rom
Any idea what could be different ?
September 16th, 2009 at 12:46 am
September 16th, 2009 at 3:14 am
“Can not connect to internet with bluetooth on.”
Does this also apply to non-wifi 3G internet connections?
September 16th, 2009 at 6:35 am
Great ROM i love the iv version. The only issue i have run across so far is that i can not change the m2d theme, i have installed m2dc and when i apply a new theme, the characters on the digital clock dont line up with the squares. Surely i am doing something wrong, but i have about 5 or 6 hours in trying to figure it out, so i through my hands up and asked the pro’s (which would be yall), any info would be great.
September 16th, 2009 at 12:51 pm
OK, maybe I’m blind, maybe it’s just 2 in the morning. Is this a 6.5 rom? I’ve had great stability with HD III, but I’ve just seen a 6.5 rom and it looks good. So, is this one 6.5 or is 6.5 on the way> Thanks for all your great roms.
September 16th, 2009 at 9:21 pm
@lim1279
Thanks for the report, I guess there’s wrong setting in HTCSoundSetting.xml. I’m not sure if I can fix it. Let’s wait for the official release of HTC Mega rom.
@mike
I haven’t got any chance to test the wifi. Anyone can confirm this? BTW make sure to turn off bluetooth and set it to best performance.
@Brian
We’re all getting old man, dont worry about it.
@CyberSniper
Yes, I’m not sure about the wifi though.
@LasVegasSlim
This is wm6.1, you see I always add wm6.5 to the title and post tags for wm6.5 roms.
@imwlw83
This rom using new version of manila2d from HTC Mega, font setting is a little bit different than previous version. I don’t use m2dc, but you can try this cab (reboot after install):
September 17th, 2009 at 2:03 am

September 17th, 2009 at 3:57 pm

September 17th, 2009 at 4:41 pm

September 17th, 2009 at 8:31 pm
@SheN
Works fine here, please try it on fresh install (hard reset your device).
September 17th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
Thanks, great room.
September 17th, 2009 at 10:21 pm
thx sakajati..great rom..
September 18th, 2009 at 4:10 am
I downloaded the cab but didnt install it yet, not sure what its supposed to do. If you dont use m2dc, what should i use to change the theme of your rom, i am easy, just whatever works….. And, side note, i reflashed the rom, and installed m2dc, backed up all my settings this time, so give me instructions of guru of the rom…
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 am
I can’t register, activation email isn’t coming. Please help me.

September 20th, 2009 at 3:22 am

What’s your username? BTW: just activated all new members (88) manually.
September 20th, 2009 at 5:17 am
activation email isn’t comming…..
September 20th, 2009 at 6:31 pm
thanks sakajati
September 21st, 2009 at 1:41 am
I am very happy with the ROM. I have though some memory problems. I use IGO8 and it starts and then crashes with contacts and calender data loss and the phone slows down and need to do a hard restart. With the previous ROMS igo was never a issue now its not usable. I have disabled 3D and the EZ to save memory but still no success. Any tips?
What is a good program to back up settings and to restore after i flash a new ROM.
Otherwise i love and I postponed my HDTP2 purchase until my dear phone breaks.
September 21st, 2009 at 2:01 am
@guruw
I use iGO 8.0.0.44366 and no problem as you mentioned. Some people use SASHIMI to backup/restore files after rom flash.
September 21st, 2009 at 1:56 pm
I use igo 8.3x and with your last rom there was no problem. This uses a different technology.
September 22nd, 2009 at 12:11 am
is there anyway i can change the touchFLO theme without installing the M2DC??any help will be much appreciated
September 22nd, 2009 at 1:56 pm
y i cant sign in msn messenger?stuck in step 2..
September 22nd, 2009 at 3:06 pm
hey sakajati new updates of this rom are coming?? sorry for my english
September 23rd, 2009 at 5:29 pm
Hmmm… Why the switch from Opera to IE?
Is it possible to have the Earth Globe link on the TouchFlo to use Opera instead of IE? Also, it seems that the Input setting for Audio Recording has some blank lines in the select format GSM…. 96Hz etc. place.
September 24th, 2009 at 3:34 am
@SheN
There is. You can change the theme manually but its a little bit tricky, just check the m2dc thread on xda for your issue.
@sonic022
I’m uploading new update, this will be the final release unless we found a new major bug/problem.
@CyberSniper
You can change the default browser for internetwidget to opera by changing WebBrowserType registry value to 1:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila2D\InternetWidget]
“WebBrowserType”=dword:00000001
Also the opera exe files: OperaL.exe and the main exe (Opera9.exe/OperaWM.exe/etc) must exist in the \windows folder.
September 24th, 2009 at 11:19 am
cool !! thanks !!>>>>>>>>>>>>.
September 24th, 2009 at 1:59 pm
Thanks for the registry instructions!
I updated the ROM and it seems that no matter what I do, I can’t get the dial pad to vibrate when I push the numbers. The other Manila 2D touchflo stuff vibrates, just not the numbers
Also, it seems that restoring SMS using Sprite Backup screws up the SMS function of this ROM (upgrading from Hyperdragon IOLite) so I used PowerSMS which seems to be better.
September 24th, 2009 at 5:55 pm
@mictam
Thx for the comment.
@CyberSniper
The latest version (23/9) use HTC Opal Dialer (PhoneCanvas) which is not support phone keypad vibrate, I use it to fix reject call text message issue.
Previous version (19/9) use new version of PhoneCanvas from HTC Mega, it support phone keypad vibrate but somehow the ‘reject call text message’ feature not working.
I’ve already mentioned it here, DO NOT restore any backup on different rom version.
September 25th, 2009 at 10:52 pm
@sakajati
Thanks for your reply. So if I’d rather have vibrate dial pad and don’t need the “reject call text message” function, I should just use the Sept 19th ROM? Can Adobe FlashLite be installed separately as a CAB?
I restored the backup just for the SMS, call history and files in My Documents, but it seems even that causes problems.
September 25th, 2009 at 11:46 pm
Sorry for the double post. But if all I want is my SMS and call history, what is the best program to use? I’ve tried PowerSMS but it seems to take forever, and I can’t even find a simple program that will help me backup call history. Can I just manually backup and restore a few files where the call history and SMS are stored on the phone?
September 27th, 2009 at 8:27 am
@CyberSniper
Yes you can just use the 19/9, but wait .. I’ve just finished cooking new update (27/9) with HTC Mega phone canvas which support vibrate dial pad
I’ve never backup my sms so I can’t tell you which one is the best but I’ll check it out later.
I will upload the new version later when I have the money to pay the internet connection
September 27th, 2009 at 3:05 pm
@Sakajati
WOAH WOAH WOAH!
Thanks for the update! But I might try the Lite version since TouchFlo seems a bit wonky and SPB seems to do a better job. Is there any where I can read what the difference between the Lite and Mega are? I compared the list of features but I don’t know what some of the software do.
I’d buy you lunch if you live in Hong Kong.
September 27th, 2009 at 8:04 pm
@CyberSniper
For backup you can try MicroSoft My Phone, find the dl link from the favorite of pie: Explore Windows Mobile.
September 27th, 2009 at 9:50 pm
@Wg5566
That’s what I’m thinking. All the other solutions don’t work properly with threading on WM6.1. I’m going to reflash the old IOLITE rom and restore using Sprite Backup and then backup to My Phone and then upgrade to this rom and restore. I guess I’ll just have to live with loosing these few days’ SMS
September 28th, 2009 at 1:07 pm
I seem to have lost the USB to PC setting in the settings menu. Anyone else having this issue?
September 28th, 2009 at 2:57 pm
@CyberSniper,
You just backup on ms myphone once before flash back to iolite and you don’t lose anything. Future backups will only add items, not to delete any current ones.
September 28th, 2009 at 5:52 pm
@Wg5566
So it can merge data? I seem to have only the received SMS now and not the ones I sent. I’m afraid it would duplicate my SMS messages if I backup.
So, before MEGA ROM:
SMS contains both SENT and RECEIVED data in THREADED View
After MEGA ROM:
SMS contains only RECEIVED data not SENT.
Both sets of SMS data are of the same date stamp for messages.
You are saying it can merge the 2 sets of data, e.g. take the SENT messages and add them back to the SMS data from the MEGA ROM backup?
September 29th, 2009 at 7:43 am
I’ve just updated to the newest build everything works great except the internet. I could connect to my router and even modify the parameters but when I click on Opera, and go to google.com it says it can’t find the server. The router works because I could access the internet from my laptop. at first I thought it perhaps something wrong with the security on my router (was on WPA2-Personal) but I’ve switched it off so that it is now an open access point but still no go.
I’ve updated eMo radio but still does not work. help please. Thanks
September 29th, 2009 at 12:52 pm
Good morning Sakajati, some thoughts….
Will you be doing a lite version of this rom ?
The only 2 thing i would really change are to leave out Manilla2D, and either leave out Opera 9.5, or brand and cook in 9.7.
I prefer 9.7 for its “slider” zoom, rather than the click-hold-zoom in/out buisness, as well as it seems to look for pie’s favourites, which 9.5 ignores…
Apart from that its excellent work as usual. Thank You !!

@CB
Flash the latest version and don’t forget to hardreset after flash. Set the wifi to best performance and don’t connect device to your computer. Let me know the result.
@Brian
Yep, I’ll update the lite version later without manila2d and opera.

Hey Sakajati. Well done on another slim and smooth ROM. Keeping me from throwing in the towel on winmob. Everything’s working _brilliantly_ well, except for the space bar on my keyboard. It’s a performance lag I used to see on older 6.1 ROMs, probably not since 2008.
I get lotsa nd lots of wordst hat look liket his. I HATES IT!
Any idea what it could be? The ROMs I’ve been using since late 2008 (HyperDragon III Blackstone etc) we’re not having this problem.
Otherwise, the best running ROM i’ve had yet. THANKS!

@Wg5566
My phone actually worked like a dream. Its crazy that Microsoft didn’t implement all the backup settings in the Activesync software! Who doesn’t want to backup their SMS?! And to answer my own question, yes, it seems that My Phone knows how to merge items without duplicating them. I’ve also found out that almost ALL backup software out there will not restore threaded SMS messages correctly. Not even Desktop solutions like Jeyo.
Now I can patiently wait for the Sept 29 Mega Rom from Sakajati without worrying about restoring data!
September 30th, 2009 at 1:36 am
Which RADIO ROM is the best for this ROM?
Thanks
September 30th, 2009 at 4:32 am
I can confirm that the wi-fi does not work on the latest build. (Sept. 29) The comm manager shows that the wifi is greyed out and not available.

I should add that I did do a hard reset after I installed the ROM.
September 30th, 2009 at 4:46 am
Figured out the WIFI. I was doing the same. Works now.
Got this from AFSER on your win 6.5 rom page:

By the way, I now understand the root cause of the wifi problem. On wm6.5, when you are connected to the computer via a usb cable, the wifi is disabled. So if you keep your newly flashed phone connected to the computer after the flashing is over, the first initialization of the system would not setup the wifi.
To solve this. As soon as the phone is finished with flashing and reboots it self, you take out the usb cable and let the phone restart by itself. This way, the wifi is initialized just fine with no add on install required.
September 30th, 2009 at 5:01 am
@Jonah Hex
So I guess your problem won’t exist on flashes via MicroSD?
Where can I find the RUU_Kaiser_HyperDragon_IV_Mega_WWE_20090929? I just can’t wait!!!
September 30th, 2009 at 5:39 am
@sonic022
BTW Whats wrong with the version included in the rom?
It depends on your location, you should try it all
@Jonah Hex
Thanks for your confirmation

@Sakajati
Love the new ROM and the revamped Touchflo! The clock finally flips like the Touchflo3D! But is there any way to bring back the vibrating dialpad?
Also, is it possible to install the handwriting input separately?
Another nice touch is that the Chinese Fonts seem to be integrated into the ROM so I can read chinese right after flashing the ROM!

@Sakajati
I installed the Xperia 3G dialer but didn’t like the new look. I tried to remove it but now there is something wrong with my dialer. Any way to restore it without having to hard reset? Thanks!

Hi *.*
moving from iolite to mega. Just flashed the rom w/o any troubles. Just to inform that in settings tab the link to “all settings” is broken - does not open settings. Getting other rom

@Sakajati
It seems that the connection settings is strange in this ROM. Instead of setting up GPRS/HSDPA, it adds a Wifi wireless network! I keep getting the message “Unable to connect with current settings” when I try to use GPRS.
October 2nd, 2009 at 9:28 pm
I am using the latest 9/29 release. Great ROM Just a couple issues:
While on a call using Bluetooth, a 2nd incoming call shuts off Bluetooth and reverts the original call back to the handset.
Using sync center on Vista, each time I sync and disconnect from the computer, the internet does not work. I then must go in and uncheck proxy on the phone, then internet works.
October 2nd, 2009 at 11:45 pm
Is anyone else having an issue with the hardware keyboard’s shift button? It seems to have become a CAP button and will not turn off even after capitalizing one letter. The FN button also becomes screwed up after I use the SHIFT button. I must press FN 2 times to revert to normal.
October 3rd, 2009 at 4:48 am
i see SJ has been busy working up the usual magic!
my internet connection is down for the past month and i’ve been using my kaiser’s GPRS tethered to my PC and its as slow as oil trying to work its way up a hill on a cold cold day
anyway, i’m using this slow internet time to do some research to pick the next ROM to try and this one seems as good as the rest!
can anyone confirm what kind of menus are available in this ROM. is it the usual winmo6.0/6.1 menus or is HTC menu enhancement included? i am currently using a winmo6.5 ROM only because i really really prefer the thumb friendly menus and the kinetic thumb scrolling offered in winmo6.5. i understand that the touchflo scrolling is the only thumb scrolling available on winmo6.1 but HTC menu enhancements bring winmo6.1 a bit closer to the experience of winmo6.5.
i’d appreciate it if SJ or anyone else can confirm which menus are implemented and if HTC menu enhancements can be added on successfully as a cab on this ROM.
October 3rd, 2009 at 4:51 am
hmmmm, i just read the list of applications again and it seems “menu enhancements” are indeed added, still a confirmation would be appreciated

Hi Sakajati
New update of this ROM is incomming?
October 5th, 2009 at 6:31 pm
Ive given you a donation man, sorry its not much, hell you deserve a shit load more for the good work you do
October 6th, 2009 at 4:10 am
@CyberSniper
Just hard reset to restore the original dialer. No problem here with internet connection. Regarding your HW keyboard issue, you should enable keyboard layout (Run Keyboard Layout in Programs\Utils folder) to fix it.
@rdee
Its original bug from the new manila, fyi its still in beta.
@Brian
Thanks a lot!
October 9th, 2009 at 2:09 pm
Is anyone using iGO 8.3 on this ROM? Is it working?
October 16th, 2009 at 1:35 pm
hi,
great ROM, but i have a problem. the dialer doesn’t have video call. please recommend me some dialers with video call option or include a dialer in the next 6.1 release.

I just flashed to this rom after the previous update. However, the maping of my keyboard is not correct. I am using a tilt and went to xda to get the keyboard fix. After install no function keys work? any ideas?
October 26th, 2009 at 6:32 pm
@blade
Read my notes above, have you enabled keyboard layout?
October 26th, 2009 at 8:14 pm
Ok touch flo is not working on today screen. When I tap the clock it disables and says to tap to enable. Long story short the touch flo needs to relaunch? Any ideas?

Hi,
I am using the September 29th build on my att tilt. I cannot find the screen where I seperate the two volumes in the HTC volume control. When I go to settings, the old style check box settings are there with no place to split volumes. Any suggestions?
Thanks

November 2nd, 2009 at 5:10 am
hi sakajati, I’ve just updated to the November 1 version. When I try to retrieve my voice mail, it hangs up. I can connect to my voice mail and even enter my code, but when it is ready to play the first message, it just hangs up. The voice mail works fine if I put the sim card in another phone. Help?
November 3rd, 2009 at 3:47 pm
I cannot install other Input SIP.
November 3rd, 2009 at 8:47 pm
Hi, I just flashed the November 1st ROM to my MDA Vario III And its so much quicker than the 6.1 ROM I had before from T-Mobile/HTC…
One problem: When on the Touchflo Screen, If you slide the screen so the keyboard is out, the screen turns, but things do not display properly. I have about a 1 inch gap (black) on the right side of the screen and it does not resize the content… Is there a fix, or is this a known issue?
Also, I appear to get a weaker signal from the network than I did before… Any ideas?
November 4th, 2009 at 10:33 pm
@JackBrews
Goto Settings tab - Sounds, set single volume off.
@CB
Anyone can confirm this voice mail issue?
@weretiger
Yeah it’s a known issue, most sip softwares is not compatible with newer os build. Eh what’s wrong with ezinput?
@Kurtis
Touchflo/manila2d doesn’t support landscape, sad isn’t it?
You may want to flash other radio to get a better signal.
November 7th, 2009 at 11:12 am
Hello, this is my first time commenting. So i flashed my phone with this rom. everything was working good until i encountered this problem. the home screen, where u can slide to the music, photos, settings, etc, when i touch it, it goes back to “tap here to launch touchflo” any ideas on what the problem is?
November 7th, 2009 at 10:20 pm
Andrew,
This is the same problem that Blade and me both encountered. I solved the problem by reinstall the several cabs attatched in this post and soft reset:
http://forum.xda-developers.co.....ount=11342
November 8th, 2009 at 4:13 am
Thank for the reply Wg5566. Somehow it all i did was soft reset about 3-4 times and it stopped messing up on me. But if it happens again, i’ll know what to do. Thanks again
November 8th, 2009 at 4:15 am
Hey, Sakajati! Been using your ROM’s for a while now and currently loving the new Mega you recently released.
However, i got my hands on a Tilt 2 and was wondering if you had any plans for cooking a ROM for the new device?
November 9th, 2009 at 10:17 pm
Hello,
How do I get my missed call, voice mail notification and more my next appointment to appear on the screen like the Tilt 2 in this photo

Thanks

November 12th, 2009 at 4:09 pm
@Josh
Yeah many people has been asking the same question, I wish I have the money to buy a new device like TP2 so I can cook for it.
@JackBrews
It’s called TouchFLO/Manila 3D plugin, not compatible with kaiser and other htc qvga devices.
November 13th, 2009 at 6:16 am
hi, i’m new in the htc world
and a friend told me to download this rom

November 17th, 2009 at 2:24 am
HyperDragon IV Mega Feat Iolite dated 16 November 2009
I noticed that when my pda is trying to connect with my bluethooth carkit the pin function isn’t working. enter pin has started, but after entering pin the pda freezes..
anybody else the same problem
ps, I use the parrot ck3400
November 17th, 2009 at 12:33 pm
It is happening again in the latest 16/11/2009 version, but not before this. From the main Manila screen, go to All Setting/Sounds,select from Normal to Vibrate or Silent profiles, or vice versa, the selection button will not change immediately. The profiles will change if press the Back/OK button.
November 18th, 2009 at 7:18 am
@Darta
Read here first, scroll down to ROM Upgrading section.
@w4551472
It’s a known issue with newer rom builds. Send me the cab, I’ll check it out.
@daheufster
Can’t confirm this issue, anyone?

November 21st, 2009 at 12:49 am
hello everyone,
I’m running XP black on an Acer Laptop… flashing the latest RUU from HTC/ATT works fine, so no problems there.
Somehow I can’t get to flash this ROM ( running KaiserCustomRUU.exe with HyperDragon_IV_Mega.nbh)
The only strange thing is I get a cmd command box which opens but is empty…
I disabled antivirus, firewall etc…
Am I missing something?
Thanks from Laos…

November 24th, 2009 at 12:40 am
The Manila 2D cannot show Chinese character, even I installed Chinese font and CE-Star. Is there any fix?
November 25th, 2009 at 5:22 pm
Ktingc,
If you already installed CE-Star, can do it by manually adjust registry through total commander program.
The registry settings are all under this subkey/folder:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\fontlink\systemlink\
Make sure all strings read as:
\Windows\sunglobe.ttf, UniSun
In addition, please install Chinese WinCE.nls and change the regional settings to set Chinese as default code and show correct format of time, date, currency, etc.
Download it from download section of this site.
November 26th, 2009 at 5:32 am
Is there a compatbile version of total commander, tilt hw keyboard fix, opera browser, and input keyboards?
December 18th, 2009 at 5:59 am
Hi,
This is a good ROM. I’ve tried a few different ones and this one is near perfect. I have had problems with crashes, mainly when trying to run video in full screen and sometimes running IE. I’m prob gonna go back to the earlier IOLITE as it seems a bit more stable, although I love the effort Sakajati, keep up the gr8 work!
December 23rd, 2009 at 11:30 am
I can’t get the weather to update on the today screen. I get the message “no weather data available”
January 6th, 2010 at 12:47 pm
I tried the Mega 6.5 .. Improved my screen responsiveness a lot, to 99%. But I don’t like the interface (the new Start Menu; I want the old pull down menu back. Plus the new interface is not customizable, especially for 3rd party programs like Wisbar).
Also WIFI and Slide Lock does not work sometimes.
Anyway, I installed this. What a disappointment, back to the unresponsiveness. I have to hold on-screen button for a second or more to press it (imagine typing a note).
Must be an issue of WM 6.1 and the Kaiser? Two of my friends has the same phone and the same problem.
I’m changing back to the Mega 6.5 now and live with it, until Sakajati make new rom
January 6th, 2010 at 12:52 pm
I love the interface of this version though.
Is there any way Sakajati build 6.5 with this interface, all functionalities in this version, and also the old Start Menu, with the 2 old top and bottom bars?
Damn, I’m asking too much. Just some opinions.
January 20th, 2010 at 9:46 pm
Had this rom for quiet sometime now,pretty good for me.Only issue i had was i couldnt connect the net using gprs,i think somethings wrong with when the rom gets the settings coustomized,cause it works fine on the stock rom.
February 16th, 2010 at 9:42 pm
Hi Sakajati, have you used card export? I intall it but in doesnt work, dosent even run, it give an error “CardExportConnectInterface()failed,CardExportGetLastError()returned 1168″
any idea?
ThankYou
Cesar
July 5th, 2010 at 9:46 pm
hi there sakajati…am from india and a great fan of ur work…..am using this rom for a couple days now and seems pretty responsive….
two issues though:
1. when i use another input software like phatware calligrapher or resco keyboard pro, they simply dont work. any attempt at inputting data on an sms or so simply gives an annoying clunk sound and no data entered on the screen!
2. the second issue - not an issue as such, but a matter of preference, is the dialler. can u give another dialler which is more feature packed, such as the ultimatev11 winmo 6.5 dialler by abusalza posted in xdadevelopers?
but for these, the rom is simply uber stable and neat…..
will be much obliged if u can answer these queries!

How do I get the hardware function button to work? Is there a keyboard fix?
Are there any good Google Android ROMS?
September 27th, 2010 at 8:09 pm
Thanks Sakajati, nice rom.
Just got a problem with active sync, it doesnt want to work.
My last rom was Rhodium, you havnt got a call history on the today screen with Mega, are there ways to customize some features in this rom. Eg. like removing the weather update on today screen, removing icons from the scroll menu.
Thanks
December 20th, 2010 at 4:22 am
Hi Sakajati,
Thanks for the Rom, its great! i was wondering if there is a way to change my default browser and music player on touchflo?
January 11th, 2011 at 8:12 pm
